Maybe you’ve been trying to solve the wrong problem all along, and that’s why personal growth feels so hard. There's a missing piece, and it's the foundation.
Melody, I really liked your distinction between what we say matters and what our lives consistently demonstrate. That's an uncomfortable question, but probably one worth asking more often.
Thanks! It’s based on a framework that I’m trained in that’s been used for over 50 years and it’s so powerful for revealing where our perception really stems from. The core priorities snapshot is the first 6 of 13 questions that dig into that to show you yours. It was powerful for me and that’s what motivated me to bring it to others. 😊
It’s an important starting point that often gets missed, and I believe it’s because we think we’re more in tune with ourselves than we really are. That gap between intention / beliefs and actual behavior / my calendar, was eye opening and it’s why I’m bringing it to others now. 😊 Thanks for reading and commenting!
